These 30 minute Express Fitness Classes are a combination of cardiovascular and strength workouts using a combination of equipment from Spinning Bikes, Step and Total Gym, if there is something you don’t like, no problem we can give you an alternative.
The class can be adapted to suit your individual level of fitness, they will be challenging but fun and you will quickly see great results. They are great for busy people who want to improve their fitness but don’t have time to spend hours in the gym.
